Terms of Service

1. Who we are

3 Wee Pages is a product of Towpath Digital Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16913912, at Huntingdon Boathaven, Godmanchester, PE29 2AF. Contact: hello@3weepages.co.uk.

By ordering, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't order — and do tell us why.

2. What you get

• A three-page website, written and designed for you by a real person.
• A .co.uk domain, registered in your name.
• UK hosting, SSL, and email forwarding from your domain to an inbox you already check.
• A draft within roughly 24 hours of us having what we need from you.

Three pages is the whole point of the product — not a limit we'll upsell you out of. If you need more, we'll say so honestly and point you at the right tool.

3. What it costs

To launch	£149 — covers the build and your first year (domain + hosting). No setup fee, no per-page surcharge, no monthly.
From year two	£49/year, or £4.99/month — covers UK hosting, your domain renewal, and two small changes a year.
To leave	£25 admin fee to release the domain (§5).

If we ever change renewal pricing we'll tell you before it applies to you, and you're free to leave.

4. Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. Work begins once payment clears.

5. Your domain — you own it

If you want to leave, at any time and for any reason: a £25 admin fee, we release the IPS tag, and the domain transfers to any registrar you choose. We'll even help you point it at your new host. We will not hold your domain hostage, and we won't drag out a transfer to talk you out of it.

To register a .co.uk we must supply your name and address to Nominet UK, the official registry. Your domain is also subject to Nominet's terms and conditions.

6. Refunds

30 days from the delivery of your draft. If you don't love it, tell us and we'll refund £124 and release the .co.uk to you. We keep £25, which covers the cost of the domain itself — it's already registered in your name and it's yours to keep.

This sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. By asking us to start work immediately you agree we may begin during the standard 14-day cancellation period; if you then cancel, the refund terms above still apply and are more generous than the statutory minimum.

7. What we need from you

• Accurate information. Nominet requires a genuine name and address for the Registrant. False details can invalidate your domain.
• The right to use your content. Any logo, photo or text you send must be yours to use. You keep ownership; you give us permission to use it to build and run your site.
• Timely replies. We can only hit 24 hours if we have what we need.

8. What we won't do

We don't design logos, and we won't build sites for anything illegal, hateful, adult, or designed to deceive people. If we decline for that reason we'll refund you in full. We may suspend a site being used for those purposes.

9. Changes and support

Tiny edits (a phone number, a price, a typo) we do for free. From year two, two small changes a year are included. Bigger work — new copy, new photos, restructuring — we'll quote first, and you can always say no.

10. Availability

We host on UK servers with Cloudflare in front and aim to keep your site up all the time. We can't promise 100% uptime — nobody honestly can — and we're not liable for outages outside our control.

11. If we stop offering this

You keep your domain. If we ever discontinue 3 Wee Pages, we'll give you reasonable notice, release the IPS tag at no charge, and help you move your site elsewhere.

12. Liability

The service is provided as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits).

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

13. Your data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and email customers if the change is significant.
