Who owns the .co.uk?
You do, from day one. We register it in your name as the Registrant. We're the Admin/Tech/Billing contact, which just means we handle DNS, email setup and renewals for you.
What if I want to leave?
£25 admin fee. We release the IPS tag (the technical bit that lets you transfer a .co.uk) and you take the domain to any registrar you like. We'll even help you point it at your new host.
What happens after year one?
From year two it's £49/yr (or £4.99/mo), which covers UK hosting, your domain renewal and two small changes a year. If we ever stop offering this, you keep your domain.
Can I have more than three pages?
Not on this product — three pages is the whole point. If you need more, talk to us; we have other tools (including ServicePay partner sites) for that.
Do you design logos?
No. We use the branding you already have. If you don't have any, we can point you to someone we trust.
What if my .co.uk is taken?
We'll suggest the next best available — a tidy variation or the .uk — right on the homepage checker, or you can pick a different name entirely.
How does the email work?
We set up forwarding from hello@yourbusiness.co.uk to whatever inbox you already check. Free, included, never expires.
Where's the site hosted?
Fast UK servers, with Cloudflare in front for speed and security. SSL is on by default.
Can I edit it myself?
Tiny edits we do for you at no charge. Bigger changes (new copy, new photos) — get in touch and we'll quote.
Is the £149 really all-in?
Yes. No setup fee, no monthly, no per-page surcharge. £149 covers the build and your first year.
Do you do refunds?
30 days from draft delivery. If you don't love it, we refund £124 and release the .co.uk to you (£25 covers the domain cost).
