Your wee site is built for you by a real person — but you're not stuck waiting for us every time your hours change or you add a service. You can make the everyday changes yourself, in seconds, and we step in for the bigger stuff.

What you can change yourself

• Opening hours — including bank holidays and seasonal hours
• Services — add, remove or reword what you offer
• Your wording — business name, tagline and the “about” text
• Contact details — phone, email and address

How to do it

Go to your account and enter the email you ordered with — we email you a secure link (no password to remember). Open Edit your site, make your changes, hit Preview to check them, then Save & publish. Your site updates straight away.

When to ask a Pal

For a new page, a design tweak, new photos, or anything you're unsure about, use Request a change in the same screen and a real person will handle it.
